Richard talks about being an amateur photographer and an employed photographer, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "Will Rogers said that some people can learn by reading. Some people can learn by observing others. And some just have to pee on the electric fence themselves. So in the case of photography, you can watch others be lectured to read about the things that happen, or sometimes you just have to go buy a camera and hunt for the fence."

Dianne talks about adult ballet, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "There's no pressure to do these little community performances. But I think it is wonderful and we've always gained a lot of respect when we have done a little performance or exhibition somewhere. I think they're amazed, and as I am, on the ability of some of these people that they're seeing in front of them and their ages. So that's always great. You can't be what you can't see. So I think it's great when they see them and, hopefully then they, think it's an okay thing to do and not be laughed at for starting up ballet at the age of 70."

Neil talks about being an adaptive cyclist, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "It's all about the enjoyment of getting out there with some friends and having some fun, and just knowing life is sort of, no matter what's happening in the background, life's still enjoyable."

Richard talks about scale modelling, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "I've heard it said that there are a number of things that everybody's got inside that they want satisfied. One is a desire to build things, right. One is a desire to collect things. One is a desire for physical activity where you are playing and doing something, and one is a desire for social activity. Now, I don't know whether you get that much playing or physical activity or winning with scale modeling. But you do get the competitiveness of winning at a exhibition if you get that. And all of those four things are very well catered for in scale modeling. You are building. All right, I'm collecting, I've got 200 to 300 scale model airplanes. I don't go into the competitions, but I do appreciate people do enjoy those competitions like that and the social part of it. Well, like I say, three times a week and away you go. You have a grand time of it."

Paul talks about being a rally co-driver, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "There's people have a need for really, you know, generating some adrenaline and getting it out of the system, so to speak. And if that's not in society, then it gets down to pent up aggression and that sort of thing. So by allowing it, allowing people to get out there and, and do sports that do put them on the edge and challenge them, and exercise them, so to speak, then that's a good thing for society as well."

Erik talks about being a commentator, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "If you are struggling with friendships and mental health and that sort of stuff, get involved in events. It doesn't have to be cycling or mountain biking can be local lawn bowls club. but yeah, building those relationships just great. Great, for you, great for mental health. Someone to talk to, someone to share things with . Yeah."

Dan talks about ultra-endurance in-line skating and fundraising, what it takes, what it means and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the eisode is "When we get a new skater and they say to me, look I've done my first 30 kilometer skate. And then they'll qualify that by saying, oh, that's nothing compared to what you've done. But that doesn't matter, that's huge for you. You've never done this before, and you are setting goals to do longer skates, and you are meeting them, and that's absolutely wonderful. So I get inspired by the things that other people achieve. Setting their goals, and I like to give them, encouragement and motivation when I can. It's great to be able to do that."

Helen talks about being a harpist, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "And the nursing home, I've been playing at various nursing homes, and one in particular, I've been going regularly for eight years now and I go there once a fortnight. And that's different type of music, that's familiar type music. And often, the residents will start to sing along to the music. I encourage 'em if they want to sing along they just love it. They absolutely love it."

Nathalie talks about painting by numbers, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "Yeah, I've had people say to me, oh, if I do this, it's not gonna be as good as yours, or I'm thinking just give it a go and you will amaze yourself. I didn't think I would be any good at it. I would not even see my, you know, 10 years ago there's no way I would've said I would be completing these canvases. But yeah, just give it a go. Just see if you've got time. You don't have to spend a lot of time, just a little bit of time every day. And, it's just like coloring in by just painting. You just do a little bit and then at the end you've created this thing. I don't see how you could really go wrong with it."

Sharon talks about living simply, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of this episode is "I love that concept of the native Americans. That they refer to the natural community as all our relations, and that we are caretakers. And it's our decisions in life that affect all of the other creations on the planet."
