Laura talks about Bravehearts, what it takes to raise funds for them, what it means and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "A lot of people have always come up to me and asked me about it, what it is. And I've even had a couple of people even open up to me, adults saying that they were abused and wished they had known about something that was out there at the time, which I feel shouldn't have taken us this long to actually have a charity that does that. I mean, I first found out about Bravehearts. I stumbled over it. I was trying to find a running event, trying to do a marathon, I think it was about five years ago. And I had a friend, suggest Bravehearts. So me and her, we trained up, we did our first Bravehearts marathon. And then I met somebody called Jess, Jess Peil. And she introduced me, told me that she was doing, the seven marathons, seven states in seven days in Australia. And I was like, well, that's crazy. And then she explained to me that, you know, it was for Bravehearts. And I think Jess is now on her seventh year. There's some really inspirational people out there.".

Caroline talks about what it takes to make her own skin care products, what it means and how she does it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "On another level I also like being able to teach people and for me that's always been a big thing with anything I do, with what I make. I love being able to share it with others and I also love being able to teach others how to do it. And so I often run courses on how to make your own moisturizer so people can go home with a moisturizer and also the knowledge of how to do it themselves."

Aisha talks about painting murals, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "I think sometimes we forget about how important and what a big role the arts play in our life, whether it's,  entertainment,  music, visual art.  It is so important because a world without it would be a very boring and depressing place, I imagine. And we have both kinds of people, you know, they say that we have the right side of the left side of our brain. One is creative and then one is more logical thinking or science based.  So my theory is we've got both, both kinds of human beings. You know, we've got the more artsy, the more logical and it's great."

Heath talks about volunteering at grassroots motorsport events, what it takes, what it means and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "If you're new to motorsport and you want to get involved in motorsport, this is probably the best way to do it. You haven't got to be jumping straight into competition. Go along to an event, watch an event, volunteer, because when you volunteer, you understand how the events work more. So if you then go to, to be a competitor, you actually have that experience and knowledge of being an official."

Caroline talks about geocaching, finding things in the environment, what it takes, the special meaning it has for her and how you can find things too.
My favourite quote of the episode is "There are events as well, which are really good fun. Didn't know anything about those at first. Then events put out there for... or people to come together and talk geocaching. And as a beginner, those are things to go to because you can pick up some tips, some advice. It's quite handy. Although I think some beginners feel a bit nervous about going to them. They think, oh, you know, I won't be as knowledgeable as everybody else. No, that's the whole point. You come and we can help you."

Sandy talks about what it takes to ride solo across across Australia on a motorbike, what it means and how she did it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "I think sometimes you can hopefully inspire other people to do just a few crazy things. And you know, that's kind of fun if you're the one inspiring people to do crazy things. And it might just give someone who's always wanted to go for a motorbike ride to say, hey, maybe I could do that."

Jaysen talks about the being the City of Bunbury Mayor, what it takes, what it means and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "You generally hear from it when you when you've made a mistake where in the other forms of politics, if you are this, quite often people might make decisions based and they're obviously might be affecting a lot of people that, you know, they've got to make the decision. And but they might be not aware of the impacts where. Don't worry, you make a decision here, your next door neighbor comes and knocks on your door and tells you all about it. And on the other side of the coin, obviously, we feel that I can have those conversations with people and say, hey, look, this is coming along to council. What do you think? And it helps you judge your views".

Oliver runs in events, he shares what it takes, what it means and how he does it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "And I guess the understanding that Dad won't be around forever and it's good to do these things while we both can. And I think that's quite special. And that's actually something we have. spoke about on a run before when we were in New Zealand last year. We ran up the Ben Lomond mountain in Queenstown and while we were on the top looking out with the 360 view of mountains everywhere, we sort of talked about that. It's amazing that we can do this together because there probably will come a time where you can't do that together."

Tamsin talks about being involved in her community, what it takes, what it mans and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "I think it's just being involved in your community. I think coming together with other people for a common good, trying to do things in a positive manner puts you in a great place to meet like-minded people and have a positive effect on your own life as well as the community's."

Russell talks about the fast-paced life of a speedway team owner, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of this episode is "Well, Wyatt, he just wants to win. He is, he is getting better at, I suppose, getting better at not winning, you know, cause he can't win all the time, especially now that he's moved up into a higher division with faster kids. He's not at the front anymore. I think that's done him really well. He really enjoys the racing more now than the actual winning. It's actually really good."
