Steffan talks about what it takes for him to take motorsport photos, what it means to him and competitors and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "I had a driver from the autocross explaining to me, oh, those photos of that sequence, we actually worked out there was something wrong with the rear wheel. Their braking system or suspension or something along those lines, I can't recall now. And yeah, that makes me feel good, you know, being able to help in that way."

Jenny embraces friendly competition and family sport as she explains what it takes to compete in autocross, what it means to her, her family and the community and how you can do it too.
My favourite quote of this episode is "It's great being part of a bigger thing that's just me but then by saying that too, I lose the nana, the mum and the wife and the sister thing and I'm actually a person. who's racing as well. So you're not sort of labeled. And the boys treat you like an equal. There's no sexism at autocross. It's wonderful. It's really good."
The club mentioned in this episode is South West Touring Car Club (SWTCC)

Daniel and Lauren talk about what it takes to be a Run Director at parkrun, what it means to them and the community and how you can become a Run Director too.
My favourite quiote of the episode is "I think even from a community perspective, there'd be meaning there for other people that we aren't aware of. There's a group of four of us that are Run Directors now, so I'm the first female that's stepped up and done it, so hopefully other young ladies or girls that are down there see that and think, oh well I can do that too and want to put their hand up and give it a go. So I think it's such a good forum to be able to do that, even if you wanted to improve public speaking. if you had to give a speech at school or something like that or at work, it's a great opportunity to come down in a really friendly and supportive group and give it a go."

Rhonda is an escape artist and she talks about what it takes to get away, what it means to get away and how you can get away too!
My favourite quote of this episode is "We weren't getting anywhere very quickly. So we ended up having to detach the car from the caravan, putting the caravan jockey wheel into an Esky that we had, taking the car around the back of the caravan, hooking up the winch, and then just dragging the caravan about, oh, I don't know, 400 meters out of the sand drift. going backwards, that was probably the scariest thing. Although positives were we had awesome phone reception, awesome views and lots to eat and drink. So we could have stayed there."

Paul talks about being a parkrun photographer, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "Yesterday's parkrun, we had one photo that a mother and child and actually did a fantastic jump. The youngster was like, who knows how many feet off the ground? They were unbelievable. But I managed to get Mum jumping out of the frame. Her hairdo is curtailed in that photo."

Crystal talks about cramming the car and caravan full with family and things, what that takes, what it meant to her, her family and the community and how to do it!
My favourite quote of this episode is "That was a river there as well and that's where we sort of swam with the freshwater crocodiles. And just to see that the children were brave enough to go in the water knowing that there were crocodiles in there, swam across to a little island in the middle and then swimming back across."

Rodney talks about the what it takes to start a social running club, the wide range of positives it has for many people and how he started a social running club.
My favourite quote of this episode is "And to see how much they enjoyed improving and being able to run further. But we tried not to make it too serious. It was all about having fun. And at times, I remember taking the girls made up some binoculars with toilet rolls and going on parkrun and we're trying to find the different birds in the trees because it was all about having that fun."

Todd talks about what it takes to do the training to achieve a world record, what it meant to attempt the wworld record and, because he knows, how to achieve a world record!
My favourite quote of this episode is: "My wife and kids were all down there. My parents were down there. Brother and sisters, people turned up from all walks of life really. So I guess it was fun having them along. But I suppose the big one would be my kids coming down, joining in, supporting, getting an idea of how my brain works and just seeing what, what I'm doing down there. So they're 16 and 14 years of age now, so they have an understanding of what's going on quite well. And to see them down there joining in was awesome."
