Rhonda is an escape artist and she talks about what it takes to get away, what it means to get away and how you can get away too!
My favourite quote of this episode is "We weren't getting anywhere very quickly. So we ended up having to detach the car from the caravan, putting the caravan jockey wheel into an Esky that we had, taking the car around the back of the caravan, hooking up the winch, and then just dragging the caravan about, oh, I don't know, 400 meters out of the sand drift. going backwards, that was probably the scariest thing. Although positives were we had awesome phone reception, awesome views and lots to eat and drink. So we could have stayed there."

Paul talks about being a parkrun photographer, what it takes, what it means and how you do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "Yesterday's parkrun, we had one photo that a mother and child and actually did a fantastic jump. The youngster was like, who knows how many feet off the ground? They were unbelievable. But I managed to get Mum jumping out of the frame. Her hairdo is curtailed in that photo."

My favourite quote of this episode is "That was a river there as well and that's where we sort of swam with the freshwater crocodiles. And just to see that the children were brave enough to go in the water knowing that there were crocodiles in there, swam across to a little island in the middle and then swimming back across."

Rodney talks about the what it takes to start a social running club, the wide range of positives it has for many people and how he started a social running club.
My favourite quote of this episode is "And to see how much they enjoyed improving and being able to run further. But we tried not to make it too serious. It was all about having fun. And at times, I remember taking the girls made up some binoculars with toilet rolls and going on parkrun and we're trying to find the different birds in the trees because it was all about having that fun."

Todd talks about what it takes to do the training to achieve a world record, what it meant to attempt the wworld record and, because he knows, how to achieve a world record!
My favourite quote of this episode is: "My wife and kids were all down there. My parents were down there. Brother and sisters, people turned up from all walks of life really. So I guess it was fun having them along. But I suppose the big one would be my kids coming down, joining in, supporting, getting an idea of how my brain works and just seeing what, what I'm doing down there. So they're 16 and 14 years of age now, so they have an understanding of what's going on quite well. And to see them down there joining in was awesome."
